1. What do we learn
about Tuareg culture from this video?
they are nomands living in the desert, sometimes they have a lot of pain, most of all the do thing of the past, like moving place to place. they have a typical dress, the turban that cover their head and the costume that cover their body.
2. Keeping in mind what you learned from this interview, how does seeing the visuals within the video and knowing the meaning of the lyrics give us a deeper understanding of Tuareg culture?
With the image we can see their rutine, listening to the music we can understand the feeling of that people also with the image we can recognize their costume. The way they do the tea seem like it need a process to do.
Hi Tania! I totally agree with you. I also felt it's a nomadic population who has spent a lot of pain through the pass of the time. I think, as you did, that they are very attached to their traditions and rituals. Seeing the visuals within the video provides the viewer a deeper understanding about Tuareg’s culture and manners.
