I don´t like too much carnivals, this carnivals that happen i decide to went to the Festival de la cerveza, that was a totally mess. A lot of people in a small place, and i hate being with a lot of people pushing you. Also i doesn´t like it, because people said "is carnivals" and they get wasted in a limit that they are unconscious of their actions.

1. What do we learn about Tuareg culture from this video? 

they are nomands living in the desert, sometimes they have a lot of pain, most of all the do thing of the past, like moving place to place. they have a typical dress, the turban that cover their head and the costume that cover their body.

2. Keeping in mind what you learned from this interview, how does seeing the visuals within the video and knowing the meaning of the lyrics give us a deeper understanding of Tuareg culture?

With the image we can see their rutine, listening to the music we can understand the feeling of that people also with the image we can recognize their costume. The way they do the tea seem like it need a process to do.

Barranquilla

1.      The international bureau of cultural capitals chose Barranquilla as American capital of culture of 2013, because of making the culture an element of a huge importance in the city. Also this is related with the effort and dedication of Barranquilla government of do an excellent job to obtain that prize.

2.      With the merit that Barranquilla got, it will receive a lots of benefits most of all economic benefits. Barranquilla will have the honor of appear in two international channels that would catch the attention of people outside of Colombia projecting it to the world that may be they would be interesting of making business with Barranquilla. And like Liverpool does, Barranquilla would start fix the city and making more beautiful.

In this story we have two different points of view the black man and the white.

The white man thinks that he is more important than the black man, he is in a superior level than him because he has all the black man doesn’t have like a good education, a decent work, earn their own money successfully, have all the resources that a human can have to live comfortable. He doesn’t care about black man because of their color so in the story he was always degrading the black man. Also he doesn’t realize that the black man was doing all that work to get paid and can survive.

The black man has lack of education, so he doesn’t have a real job, so he start working repairing the white man’s garden to get paid, he is such a hard worker, but he think that is the only way to maintain himself and also in certain way he is derogatory himself because he thought that he can only work to white people and not for himself, he conform with all the things that a normal person didn’t deserve.

The most important reason behind the miscommunication between the two men is all about their status, the white man because he isn’t interesting of understand the black man because for him his is less than him and the black that white people are superior, so here we can see different thoughts, they receive a different education (all of this is related with education), have a different cultures, economic status, etc… this facts can affect the miscommunication because they don’t share things in common so is difficult to express yourself with someone than can or cannot understand you.

They didn’t take the time to understand each other. So they don’t have a good relationship. Miscommunication is the worst thing in the world it create a lot of problems in life.
